Since 2019, I have produced a number of short format documentaries with the Stratford & District Historical Society.
The Covid-19 pandemic basically stopped shooting any new programs from early 2020 until early 2022. I did manage to capture some b-roll during that time but interviews and contact with others was severely limited.
I did have some interview material previously shot, and one particularly interesting perspective was from Dean Robinson, Stratford-Perth Ontario historian and author. He describes the convergence of some of the significant events in Stratford’s history that define the city’s character today.
