The October 16, 2024 screening at the Arden Park Hotel, presented by the Stratford & District Historical Society played to a sold-out audience.
I was pleased to see such a positive reaction. It is very unusual to be to play a documentary before a live audience, and as the filmmaker, the response was very rewarding.
The evening’s proceeds will support the Society’s ongoing efforts to fulfill these missions. Not only did the event spotlight the area’s rich history, but it also underscored the vital importance of preserving and sharing these narratives for future generations.
